| Jacking Equipment |
| The Scanada Lift-Climber System consists of hydraulic jacks (lift-climbers) available in various sizes and capacities to meet specific requirements. The conveying media is either square steel jackrod or cable. These can be used in a vertical or horizontal, stationary or movable mode depending on the individual application. When the jackrod is stationary, the lift-climber will climb the rod and push or pull the load along with itself. When the lift-climber is stationary, the jackrod is movable with the load attached to the end. In this instance, the lift-climber will lift or lower the jackrod with the attached load. The lift-climber system is operated by a single control lever located at the hydraulic pump. |
